United Kingdom | 03 February 2023The pick-up and drop-off service is great. The quality of the work is good. But communication from the company when trying to agree the work is terrible. Lengthy waits, not following up with changes, missing things out which have been agreed. This could be a great service if that can be addressed.

Not what I expect from such an expensive service. Also told I would get a discount for first time user and didn't receive it.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2023This is an excellent idea, and I was super excited to try it but it ended being super confusing and very expensive. My bike was taken in, and several 'critical' issues were flagged, where my only option was to approve them (~£70) - the website kept bugging so I couldn't actually approve and pay, and had to contact support. When the bike was returned to me (very promptly!) the receipt / paperwork included a further £100 of fixes that I had not approved or known about. When I contacted them to ask, and ensure they were not charging me, they didn't know anything about these extra charges. They had to call me to take final payment because their website wasn't working; the person who called didn't have any of my details, first asked me to approve more work (even though I'd already got my bike back) and then told me my bike would be with me the following week (see above) 🙃 Once they iron our these service issues, and set better expectations upfront, this could be great!

United Kingdom | 24 December 2022Huge lack of communication throughout the whole process. Driver never called before turning up to let me know he’ll be there soon to pick up/return the bike. My bike was supposed to be returned on Monday the 19th however it was rescheduled to Tuesday and then I didn’t hear anything from them after that. I then complained and got an email saying that my bike has only just been serviced and needs new parts totalling £223 HOWEVER I didn’t not receive this email before they tried to return it on Monday the 19th. They have had my bike since the 12th of December and have only now returned it on the 24th of December. Even though it was supposed to be returned on the 15th. Throughout this process I wasn’t communicated with properly at all and I’m thoroughly disappointed in the experience as a whole. Would not use this company again and would advise others to give this company a miss too.

My bike was expected to be returned back to me earlier this week and it hasn't I have left numerous webchats, emails and rung their customer service many many times yet never get an answer. I just want my bike back.

Bike due for delivery days ago, however ZERO communications from them after they picked up my bike. At this point I might as well phone the police as I suspect this company might have now stolen my bike! (at least they replied, so I guess the bike is still collectable at some point) They initially took it and I've not heard anything since and they're not contactable. How do you expect to run a business like this? First time customer too. Do you think I'll EVER use your service again (assuming I'll get my bike back) or recommend you to anybody I know? NO. I'll NEVER use you again. UPDATE: Your reply to email you means nothing! I've already sent several emails over the last few days, phoned constantly, left voice mails and left messages on your webchat too, so first reply to those. I asked someone to go to your shop to see if you're open only to find it SHUT! Then checked companies house website run by the UK goverment - it shows your company went into administration on 14 March 2022 yet you still collected my property and now holding it without customers being able to find out where their bikes are. Wasted enough time on this now with the back and forth on this site. The delivery date has already been missed. I've travelled out of the city now for the festive season (which has now been tainted already but his debacle) I'll await email answers to collect my property when I'm back in town. I'm so done with this back and forth. If you're serious about running a company, answer your own phones and emails, voicemails and webchats so we don't have to resort to sites like these to get a reaction out of you.

Great value for money as well! Bike is well built and safe to use. Definitely recommend and use them again
