Great service (in both senses) from Havebike. What particularly impressed me was that there was a very slight problem - the gear indicator was stuck - which I could have lived with. But when I mentioned it, Havebike insisted on putting it right. It turned a satisfactory experience into a great one.

These peeps and the service they offer is bl**dy brilliant! I really can't rate them highly enough. Usually they do a service at our office, this time because I wanted a little extra work done - I used the click and collect service, and it is just as good! Seriously - if you want your bike looked after, give these peeps a call.

They do exactly what they promise: Easy to book collection and drop off online, they text you when they have your bike, keep you updated if any repairs are necessary, let you know when they will drop off, and payment is quick and hassle free online. I will use them again for sure.

So quick and easy. Booked service online, recieved a call to let me know pick up driver was on route, picked up with minimal fuss, return the same. Called to explain what work they'd advise doing, no sales pitch, just honest recommendation. Bike returned spotless and working well. Competitive price for both service and parts. Would highly recommend.

i have used them 3 times & they have been excellent every time. they come & collect the bike when they say they r going 2 & return it on time. they r very transparent in what needs doing & how much they r charging. its super convenient not 2 have 2 take the bike somewhere 2 get serviced.

Deluxe service Havebike collected two of my bikes from work and despite the road being shut, they patiently waited and helped me to get my bike to the van! The communication throughout was excellent and the team clearly explained that some additional work needed to be done to one (old) bike. Without any hassle, they delivered both bikes to a different address, which made things much easier for me. The bikes came back very clean and in great working order. Havebike were extremely professional and easy to deal with throughout. I will definitely be using this service again and will recommend them to friends.

When I first started using havebike a few years ago I considered the standard of service excellent. Unfortunately, my last experience was the opposite. I put two ex-racing bikes in for a service. The first went in for a super deluxe service. It was returned with, amongst other issues, the headset ridiculously overtightened and a gear cable misrouted. I sent it back, but a couple of rides after being returned again the bottom bracket started seizing up, so back it went once more. Quite simply put, either the mechanic did not know what he was doing, or the bike had not been stripped down and parts simply tightened. The 2nd bike had been booked in for a deluxe service. Upon return, I was pleased to find the front derailleur repaired, but play in the headset had been missed. Most bizarre of all though, the bike had not been cleaned as per the advertised valet!! Emails of complaint to the manager did not receive a reply. Phone calls asking to speak to the manager, were answered by what appeared to be a messaging service, with a response that the manager had just left/was busy and I would receive an urgent call back – no calls were received. Six months later having just had a first-class bike service by a local cycle shop, and without any explanation or apology from havebike, I feel the 5-star reviews on this site need to be balanced. Yes, the collection/return process is very convenient, but totally negated by wasting time at home sending the bike back unnecessarily. Havebike may be good at servicing the MTBs of the police, LAS, etc, but I personally could not trust them again with a ‘racing steed’. [I have been a serious cyclist for 50 years, and in years gone by serviced my own bikes]

I have booked a Super Deluxe Service as I wanted the best there is for my e-bike. - Excellent Customer service. - Excellent Collection and return service. - Technical aspects - still to be tested. - Any issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently and a convenient resolution was achieved.

Great service - quick pick up with clear communication about when they are arriving. Mechanic called to explain work and did a very quick turnaround and an excellent job. Couple of months later they very happily checked my bike when I noticed a creak (Not their fault) and sorted for free in a day. Highly recommend.

Great servicing on the bike itself, collection/delivery was efficient and on time. Great to have this flexibility. The website and office processes could do with updating to enhance the customer experience. I found it difficult to get hold of people on the phone and had to leave messages with external receptionsist who coulnd't help with anything besides take down your details.
