This is a specific review for Faith Shackleton, who has been really dependable, professional and super helpful. All our emails and calls with were answered quickly and we were really impressed by how she dealt with our situation, I think she’s a credit to her team. If you are renting a property with Ezytrac I would recommend you ask for Faith to be your property manager, and after all the troubles we went through moving in, her manager needs to give her a raise.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I am so happy now that my landlord decided to use a different agent. Once upon a time the service was good but it seems all the good people have now left. Communication is just terrible!! Are the staff even real or are they just AI?!?! I have noticed they have 5 star reviews from their own contractors, totally not dodgy at all is it!!!

Ethan has handled a tricky renegotiation of the letting contract on my apartment really well. The tenants had some firm ideas of what they wanted which were unreasonable, but he managed to steer them in the right direction and got us to a point where both sides had compromised, kept a decent relationship and avoided the costs (for both parties) of ending the tenancy. Good job.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Landlords and tenants should be aware of this company. Following the rules and being complicit with regulations is just not something they can do. They avoid accountability and would deteriorate relationships between landlords and their tenants due to their inability to efficiently manage - causing financial repercussions to both. There is a high staff turnover and I was never aware of who my property manager was to report any issues. Maintenance concerns are subpar and take ages to be completed without any haste. I have no idea how they are still operational - they can barely comply with their own rules much less other laws. A proper review need to be conducted by independent bodies into Ezytrac as I am positive it would reveal a lot of unfair trading standards.

Landlords beware: I was classed as a VIP / 'mega (land) lord' due to multiple properties I entrusted to this company, and so much mismanagement ...: The leaders of this business are inept and in denial: - they lose emails/correspondence, costing you money and stress - high staff turnover with no handover of files - property managers not taking ownership and even blaming other colleagues when things go wrong - major oversight on tenant checkouts (lost information, superficial sign off of inventories; my last property was left empty for 5 months without being cleaned and was full of litter and dirt, nobody could understand why nobody wanted to rent it until I checked it in person myself and discoverd the state of neglect it was in - they lost a load of important documents when I offboarded, again blaming staff turnover and their email system - tenants regularly reaching out to me directly in desparation since they were being ignored when they had issues and needed some support for their homes - they work with the very worst quality local estate agents (to save money I assume) - maintenance team are very disorganised claiming to do things and then taking months and missing details and generally not available In summary I ended up checking the the management of each property myself to protect myself against losses. Moved now to a new agent and its a breath of fresh air!

PLEASE AVOID EZTRAC FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!!! Honestly one of the worst property management companies about. I’ve recently moved out of an apartment after a 1 year tenancy and for 6 months there was no cold water in the shower and the hot water was piping hot to the extent I couldn’t enjoy a shower as it was painfully hot. Casey Burrell doesn’t know how to do her job properly from not responding to emails in an adequate time frame to not having any urgency in resolving issues presented to her. I moved out more than 2 months ago and still haven’t been given my deposit back which is very annoying as rent payments were always on time without any issues. Furthermore ,Casey Burrell assured me and my flat mate that we would not be charged with damages done to freezer Shelves due to over freezing but when we received our deposit breakdown it states that we are being charged even though we was told we was not being charged. To add insult to injury they increased how much we was being charged from £130 to £220 which is absurd considering we have written confirmation we wasn’t going to be charged

During the process I have been lead efficiently by Mr Declan and the team for a property in Gillingham, in such a way that my expectations were fully met. I love the flat in Peninsula Quay and please do not hesitate to engage with such lovely people.
