I have three properties managed by Ezytrac currently and their service provided is mostly excellent, as is the case this time with CJ Ambata promptly responding to my query in a thorough manner. However, it is important for Ezytrac to not only invest in hiring and developing good quality staff, but also retaining them. In my experience there is a high turnover with new entrants taking some time to settle down and better understanding the needs of their clients.
