The customer service provided during a major issue was excellent. My tenant left without informing anyone, they failed to pay the rent, left the property in a poor state and damaged in areas. I therefore had to go through the claims process via the insurance offered by Ezytrac. I am pleased to say that Caroline, who took the lead on my claim, dealt with this issue in a very professional manner. She actioned any queries I had in the shortest possible timefame and ensured that my interests were a high priority at all times. Any questions that I raised were answered and an explanation was given on those areas that I was unsure about. In the end, I received a positive outcome on the claim, the damages were rectified and a new tenant found within 4 weeks of taking back the property. Well done Ezytrac.
