Excellent service by Shen. I had an issue with the intercom at my rental apartment. Liaising between myself and the landlord positively helped resolve the issue. Shen kept me updated regularly and the matter was resolved with a positive outcome. He is an asset to the company.

As a tenant, it is sometimes stressful to get maintenance help from letting agency but Ezytrac made it all easy. Shen was specially helpful. He was able to resolve our issue in a short period of time. Kudos to the team!

Belle has a good grasp of the rental market situation so she proposed a rental price increase for our apartment as we were unaware of the situation in London for the last 2 years. Belle is fast in her follow up with the tenants and has successfully negotiated with them for a reasonable rent increase in line with the market prices of rental apartments in the same area. Worst company I have ever dealt with, totally unprofessional, never return your call and never seem to pick the phone when needed. Maintenance department are a joke, no urgency in dealing with emergency matters such as leaks, Jack in maintenence department never returns your calls and is always in meetings whenever your trying to get hold of him, customer service is non-existent, I've been renting my apartment since 2018 which is managed by Ezytrac and I can honestly say in 4 years I've had nothing but headache dealing with this company.
