As I moved in the property and had requested for new mattress and it was delayed for a while may be due to communication gap and had been following up with ezytrac consistently, and then I happen to speak with Jocas. The lady is like angel. Surprisingly, now Jocas was repeatedly following up with me if the 3rd party company connected with me and if not she would call them and ask them. This issue was lingering on since 3 weeks and Jocas got this fixed in 2 days. Really happy with her kind service and her professionalism, as everytime she would call, always ready to take xtra mile step to provide convenience and satisfaction. Trust me ezytrac team, if I was into similar kind of business, I would steal her from you. 😅
