Really easy booking process, you call them up and tell them your preferences and dates, they look for suitable properties and send you emails with details of the properties within a few minutes. You choose the one you want, call them and let them know, they confirm the booking for you by email and you also get an email confirmation of your booking from the owner of the apartment. Couldn't have been easier!

We booked a property in Edinburgh for the Fringe, paid deposits required and this booking was accepted, However we were informed 2days later that the property wasn’t available. We were offered another property which was accepted but wasn’t as close to the city area we wanted. Disappointed!

After making an initial enquiry, the process of finding somewhere to stay in Edinburgh, during the fringe festival, within our budget was made very easy. We were provided with lots of options for the dates we required. The staff were extremely helpful responding promptly to questions about the property we were interested in. Edlet can be trusted. I got quite a lot of emails or offers way above my budget (even though I stated it) which is why I gave it 4 stars but at least they keep searching and always stay in touch. Great experience.

I contacted Edlets as I couldn’t find an apartment with 5 separate beds. The response was very speedy and I received several offers but eventually confirmed an apartment that suited my party perfectly. Overall, very impressed with the service and the agent that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend Edlets if you have specific requirements.

So impressed with Edlets who have bent over backwards to make sure I got the exact property I needed. Helping me to cancel my booking when the accommodation booked wasn't quite right and then helping me over the course of 3-days to find somewhere that suited all my needs. They always call and email back incredibly quick, great communication and even recommended us some areas and places to go for a night out.
