On the website I was a little bit perturbed at not having prices available immediately. But in the end I was very impressed with how quickly via Edlets (a matter of hours) I received emails from a good variety of properties that met the requirements I had requested. If the actual stay in the apartment is as good then I will be a very happy customer.

I was struggling to find the correct accommodation myself but thankfully stumbled across Edlets which made it so easy and hassle free. I will definitely use them again.

A very informative site which is easy to use. In addition to this the staff are very helpful , friendly and put you under no pressure to make any decisions. I am sure it was a lady named Jill who telephoned me in Spain to ensure my viewing of accommodation was going ok then supported me bu findin 30 other places to consider. An excellent service that needs to have a 5 star commendation. I have now booked a lovely 3 bedroom apartment which will suit the needs of our party of 5! Alana at Edlets was very responsive. She called me within minutes of me making my enquiry to ask me about what I was looking for and for how many people etc. She later came back to me with options and even negotiated with the owner for us when the place we liked the look of was too expensive. There were several follow up phone calls to me and everything was very smooth. This is the 2nd time I have used Edlets and both times they have been very helpful.

I've been using Edlets since 2011 and they have been spot on every time. I no longer book hotels for visitors; for much less than a hotel room they can get an entire flat. The Edlets staff are communicative, professional, and delightful to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough.
