Excellent customer service. Website - some pricing needs to be revised - some "High" rated prices were less expensive than "Moderate - High" rated. Great selection of accommodation.

The staff are great and really helpful. The website is not user friendly as you cannot see the prices, just an indication of low, medium or high. This makes comparison very clunky. In spite of this, Edlets is the only place I go to for booking, and have done for many years.

I asked for a lot! I asked for 4 flats for 19 people and 3 different time periods all during August! And Jill did it, and did it with professionalism and care for detail. Terrific company for my first experience with EdLets!

Trying to make accommodation bookings from another country is always hard and I am so glad I discovered Edlets online. Not only did they respond to my query immediately (allowing for time difference) but, they also rang confirming my query. Backing this all up with an email which also offered several other apartments that I hadn't seen before. I was very impressed with their total commitment to customer service.
