All the staff we spoke too were great and emailed us many options. We booked an apartment very close to the venue and are looking forward to our stay. I would definitely recommend Edlets to anyone looking to stay in Edinburgh for a long weekend or an extended stay.

Apartment being rented had scary mask inside of kids room due to which we had to leave apartment (kids got scared so much) after 30min of staying there and got back to my brother's place. I was told I can take mask off and come back which was obviously not an option as last think I wanted is to have scared kids over night during my holiday. Also apartment was dirty and smelly. Fridge and washing machine had horrible smell. I don't know how can one allow such apartment to be rented as holiday apartment which you cannot check upfront. I offered owner of the flat agreement for 50 percent refund and got rejected. I asked for immediate deposit refund and also got rejected (eventually luckily got that back). I asked Edlets for refund of their fees and I have been told that I have zero rights in this case and they won't refund anything. Also I was accused of playing and trying to save money by going to my brother's flat which was ridiculous as he leaves in Edinburgh and we purposely rented that place as his place is too small to fit 2 families. As a professional and also privately I travel quit a lot, never experienced anything like that. My bad that I did not complain within 24h, but since owner of the flat had a wedding on this day I did not want to bother her on this day and was just blindingly hoping for someone's honesty and openness. Eventually stayed at my brother's place over new year and than rented apartment over airbnb and luckily after this horrible experience with edlets we could still enjoy our holiday in Edinburgh. Obviously money was lost. Avoid this place at any cost!!!!!

Mind boggling I know. Then Edlets popped up and I entered into a mail chat with a representative who basically sorted it for me. Two days later a call from Edlets again suggested I look at my e-mails and recommended I book the accommodation they had sent to me that day. I followed this recommendation and all booked and ready to go. Edlets made this so much easier. Thanks Edlets.

Its staff is very friendly, and help you with usefull suggestions (by email and phone) in finding the more suitable accomodation and in communicating with landlords. Excellent experience!
