Very helpful and attentive service. We suddenly needed accommodation in Edinburgh during the festival, due to flooding in our home. Great advice to go back to the insurers and agree a budget. Suggestions were sent through within minutes, all within budget. Telephone calls were answered quickly and I was able to speak to the same person so I didn't have to re explain every time. We have a flat we can move into in 2 days, thank you.

I used Edlets 5 years ago come November for a sisters get together in Edinburgh. They sent me a few choices and we very happy with the service and of course the apartment chosen. (Good choice of apartments on their books) My sisters are doing the same get together and went back to this company after trailing through apartments on other web sites as I remembered I still had contact details.. I specified that I had wanted parking and our other requirements. later that day received a choice and narrowed it down to 2. With final choice e-mailed to them. I could not be happier with the service received both on the phone from Jill and then from Alison who actually phoned me on a Sunday as they were catching up with bookings. Can't wait to see this apartment and enjoy our time. From my experience I cannot recommend this company enough.

The representative helped me a lot and although I had a few requests, Nicky sent me the necessary informations very quickly and efficiently. As a tourist, I had some difficulty with payment but they were willing to make adjustments so in the end, we managed to overcome the issues easily.

Edlets is simply the best way to find accomodation in Edinburgh. I've used them both when producing shows for the fringe and when traveling to Edinburgh as a tourist and they've never let me down. They have a huge variety of properties and they work really hard to find the one that's right for you. Prepare to be innundated with choices!
