We experienced comfort and lovely environment in the flat where we stayed two night. The landlord is very polite and co-operative. The flat is well equipped with all necessary stuff for daily use. Really we have nice experience and will book for future visit. We recommend to book for holidays. Mahesh Jadav

Excellent service from the admin staff. Our original request couldn't be fulfilled but we were sent lots of alternatives until we found the right one.

I received my initial response very quickly, indicating that the requested property was not available, but others were being reviewed for suggestions. I was able to find an alternate property at a lower price and better location within the hour. Communicating w/in the interface is very easy and provides a nice documentation trail. Booking was similarly quick, easy, and painless.

Lots of good lets, good information on most of them, various budgets and the staff are on the ball. Searching, booking no problem. Hopefully when we see the property later in the year our positiveness will continue ! If I can get back on here I will let you know.

This is such a great company, I would recommend it to everyone ! I have been using them now for the past few years and they always come up trumps with the right accommodation for me. There is so much choice of accommodation that you do not need to look anywhere else .

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jill for this upcoming Edinburgh Fringe and she was amazing! She constantly updated us as places became available/unavailable and sent us loads of helpful information with each message. We worked together over the course of a week while I was in Australia and The US and though there were timezone delays on my end, she was always super prompt with her replies. I contacted Edlets about a property for Fringe and got a very quick response from Jill. She phoned and forwarded several properties whilst enquiring about the first.
