The staff of Edlets provided me with various options for accommodation when the property I had contacted them about was unavailable. When I told them why those properties wouldn't work for us, they continued to keep an eye out for a location that would match our needs. One day later, they sent over the perfect location! Thanks for all your help. My only suggestion would be to give the customer an option to pay the full amount at checkout rather than just the deposit.

I enquired about one flat in particular but was sent links to around 10 flats which might suit our needs. Called to book and it was a nice simple process. Once booked was sent an agreement document to sign electronically. All very efficient and uncomplicated. I'd recommend Edlets.

We wanted to book accommodation for 6 (4 adults and 2 children) in Edinburgh. The Edlets site gave us a lot of choice and eventually we selected a property from them. We had some contact with the staff and they were helpful but not pushy.

The site is easy to use and finding what you're looking for is quite simple. The customer service I received was great and they were really helpful. I will be using this site again in the future.

Very shortly after I had looked at some properties to rent in Edinburgh on the Edlets website, I received a cordial email from a member of the Edlets staff offering help with my search. Spoke on the phone the next day and quickly secured a suitable property for a week during The Fringe. Friendly and well informed representative (Dan) couldn't have been more helpful.
