Quick efficient service. Quality of some of the original films was very poor so final quality of final DVD very good considering.

The old 8mm 50ft cine reel that I sent to be converted to be fair was very poor quality, I pre viewed on my cine projector before I sent it off, so I was very pleased with the returned result, which at my request had been burned to a dvd disc and a music track added, some nice distant memories to stir the old brain up! I reckon if I had sent a half decent film reel the result would have been spectacular. Regards Keith.

Cine Magic really were very efficient. They kept in touch via e-mail so you knew what was required and when. Their after service was also exceptional and I would have no hesitation In recommending them.

I was a little bit disappointed in the music which was added to my cine films. There were gaps at the end of each piece of music which I also found was not in keeping with the subject the subject matter.The other thing which could have been done, was with each chapter being kept separate rather than running straight into the next one. Overall I was was disappointed with the result, and would not feel very inclined to recommend the service to anyone. Sorry John Corbett

Having inherited a large number of 8mm films of our family taken in the 1960s and 70s I wanted to see what they contained. Not having a working Projector or a screen I decided that it would be cheaper and more convenient if I arranged for them to be transferred onto a DVD. Cine Magic proved to be a good choice to undertake this task.

Received the discs, I am amazed at how well they've turned out. An excellent result by any standards. Janet

I hovered between 4 and 5 simply because there were a couple of small hitches but the way they were dealt with was simply excellent and to my mind this is even more impressive than getting every detail right first time. The service is friendly and, despite what I said above, efficient. The results of the process surprised me; the quality of the discs is good - limited only by the quality of the original films - and the option to have music added is an excellent one with very well chosen backing music adding to the atmosphere of the recordings. The company is pleased to alter the order and labelling of the discs at no extra expense, which is another very good service - Colin also offered patient and clear support to me in recording exactly how I would like things to be ordered and labelled. Cine Magic seem to offer a high quality service at a price much below that of some competitors and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I sent in a box of films, many of which were over sixty years old. The service was first class and I was informed of the progress at every stage. All in all a Magic!! service. Of particular note was the willingness of the representative to get the films in the correct order and with correct titles, it was worth the effort and well appreciated.

Excellent, friendly, efficient and swift service at a very reasonable price. Delighted by the results involving conversion of 11 X 300 ft reels. Picture quality seems to have been enhanced. 3 old 8mm films that have never seen the light of day for half a century. I wasn't even sure they'd still be viable. Sent off, great communications from Cine-Magic so I knew what stage things were at all the way. Quick turnaround and delivery on a professionally scribed DVD. The Mrs burst into tears of joy at seeing recently and long since departed relatives. You can't put a price on memories. Great service.
