I saw the work Cinemagic had done for a friend and saw no reason not to get them to do a similar project for me. I was not disappointed and am thrilled with the resulta.

I found Cine Magic as a company very helpful and friendly, they kept me informed by email of the progress. Considering my super 8 movies were filmed over 30 years ago and had been stored in a dusty attic they came out fantastically well, brought back some very good memories.

I was really pleased with the regular progress updates for my order. The result of my parents wedding cine film onto dvd unfortunately is disappointing for 2 reasons. Firstly, because it's so short....less than 4 minutes, but that's not Cine Magic's fault!! Secondly, I assumed there might be sound, but there isn't. In this case, would Cine Magic not have contacted me to advise that this was the case and offer to put some background music to match the occasion? Also, I think that £12 for each additional copy is expensive, especially since the film is so short. Maybe I could have been advised of the running time once the the film had been transferred, to check that I still wanted a further 3 copies (for my brothers). I'm glad that I've had the film copied onto DVD, as I now can watch a short burst of the highlights of my parents' wedding from 60 years ago, which I and my brothers have never seen before.

The finished quality of thiese films some about fify years old is amazing. I download the AVI disk on to my PC using Pinnacle Studio HD to edit the films which gives very satisfactory results. This is the third time I have used Cine Magic and I would not hesitate to use o use them again..

Having procrastinated for many years I finally decided to get my family's 18 cine films transferred onto DVD. A bit of a mine field trying to decide which company to go with but I eventually settled on Cine Magic. Thankfully I wasn't disappointed. A very easy form to fill in online, with lots of options. Once I sent the films off I appreciated the emails with progress updates. Eventually the DVD was sent back with the original films. Some of the films I'd seen before however I was blown away finding footage of my parents' wedding and honeymoon from 1960 (both my parents passed away many years ago), which I had no idea existed. It's the sort of job that only needs to be done once. It was expensive but I'm so glad I did it. I would happily recommend Cine Magic to anyone.

My mum had an over 50 yr old collection of cine films of her family which she could never watch. So I had them converted to dvd for her. Moments that were so significant to her life were suddenly now showing on the tv. Her own mum who she'd not seen for nearly 50 years was there smiling at the camera. Her holy communion, the big snow fall of 1963 when neighbours were all out having snowball fights. It was a really moving and emotional time time to watch my mum seeing these precious times. Cine Magic are a super efficient and fast service. They kept me constantly up-to-date with the process. I still have a number of films to convert and I will definitely be using their service again. I had this cine film given to me of my wedding it's only 5 minutes long and I haven't seen it for 27 years but the results of the transfer to DVD we're very moving the music you added for me was perfect the quality is much better than I was expecting and the service was excellent you e mailed as each step was completed and the whole process was made very easy I would recommend this company to everyone in fact I haven't stopped talking about it thank you

As a small charity trying to convert cine films to a digital format we obtained a number of quotes online - these guys were considerably cheaper than anyone else and it seemed to good to be true. I sent the films off anyway, and they have done such a brilliant job. I'm so happy with the end product. On top of this the customer service is first rate - I needed the films for a certain date, and courier didn't make it on time. When i called up they loaded the files online for me over night (on a Friday/Saturday) to allow me to download them in the morning so the files were there for an anniversary celebration. I would highly recommend them to anyone & everyone and use them again. I am a very happy, satisfied and grateful customer!
