Excelent results converting both 35mm slides and 9.5 cine film to DVD. I have already recomended Cine Magic to my local Photographic shop. I will certianly have more work done .......first class.

As the title suggests I could not be happier. Firstly with the customer service, I had numerous attempts at the online order and unfortunately my pic kept crashing but I found every time I clipped back online I could just pick their service up as if nothing had happened. Then after the order was sent their communication was exemplary . The cini super 8 I had sent off was of my wedding which had been taken by my uncle , and when he unfortunately passed away earlier this year my aunt found it lying in a drawer in his workshop, so she gave it to me . After 38 years of sliding round in a drawer I wasn't too hopeful about the quality of the outcome but oh my gosh, cini did a wonderful job. It brought so many memories flooding back. The whole customer experience of ordering with them is first class from start to finish, well done .

I found Cine-Magic online and made my decision to use them based on positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The cost was realistic as was the turnaround time. The communication was excellent, via their update email alerts and also when speaking on the phone. The quality of the transfer from 16mm to DVD was also excellent, as was the whole experience.

I sent 22 8mm films for conversion to DVD. I received the DVD within about 15 days and the results were excellent. I ordered three extra copies which I received about three days later.

The most attractive part of dealing with this company is that they treat you like an intelligent person who just needs clear guidance. It is very easy to see what is being offered, what you need to do and how much it will cost. They even offer advice about how to pack up your old films. The quality of the DVD version of our old films is much better than I remember it from our old projector (now defunct) and the after-sale care is also excellent. This is one of the best online sales experiences I have had.

The results are amazing, and now we have our memories in digital format to ensure they are available for future generations. Colin was very helpful when we had questions and resolved an issue we had with one video very quickly. Thank you. Recommended to all.

I found these films while I was turfing out some rubbish. A family member said, why don't you get them down loaded onto a DVD. I replied I don't think so as I'm nearly 90yrs old and the films are so old I didn't think it was worth my while, but I was persuaded. Now having seen the results on my PC I couldn't believe how they turned out. It brought tears to my eyes as I watched my daughter who was then 5yrs old who is now 66yrs old, as it brought back so many wonderful memories. All I can say now is thankyou for the brilliant job you did in producing such a wonderful DVD.

Cannot fault the service from Cinemagic, they kept me up to date every step of the way - the most important one being they let me know immediately that my films had been received (my main fear was my precious 50 year old memories would get lost in the post). They also provided the clear postage labels to put on my parcel. A quick turnaround and any 'technical' issues i.e. poor light, were written down, so I knew exactly what to expect on some of the films. Will (and have already) highly recommend to friends and will also be using them again myself.

Prewar 8mm films brought back to life by cine magic. Many old splices overcome and good continuity maintained.

Mum passed away and after going through all her things, we found a 52yr old 8mm cine tape that had never been seen. We sent it to Colin, not knowing if anything on it was salvagable. What came back was mum and dads wedding day. We saw them and our grandparents and so many other family long since lost to us. What a moment. We cant thank Colin enough.... Well done! Gordon
