Rapid and reliable service

I had forgotten how good the service is. I have been to Mr Systems before and they have always been excellent. I love that everything is explained to me, that I get updated regularly on the phone if something takes longer and that it is simply super well organised and professional. Ben was fabulous yesterday. Booked through Apple website for repair of my MacBook screen which had stops working. The engineer fixed the issue (connections were loosened) within 15 mins. The guys were professional and polite and real nice to deal with. They did not charge me at all!

I am using apple products for work and after having used a range of apple repair shops over the years I found MR Islington maybe 4-5 years ago and their service is faultless. They are knowledgeable, friendly and does an excellent job. I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues

Extremely helpful in the whole booking in process. They diagnosed the issue within an hour, ordered the parts and had I not need to take the machine away for a week on location, they would have had the mac back to me within two days. Polite, fast and helpful. Couldnt be happier with their service.

Brought in my 15 inch MBP to get a faulty keyboard checked out and repaired. The team was incredibly helpful. Not only did they turn around the repair ahead of time when I told them I had a plane journey coming up, but they went ahead and replaced my battery too, all of which was covered. I'm very glad I went to MR instead of directly to Apple.

I brought my MacBook in after it wouldn't turn on for several days due to a display issue and the guy who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful - he fixed it for free in about an hour! I'm super grateful for this place and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is experiencing apple device issues.

If you want better service than at the apple store go to these guys! I contacted the apple store and multiple apple authorised service centers in London and all of them told me it would take 7-10 working days to replace a battery. These guys did their best to to speed up the process, as I use my Mac for work and can't go without it for 10 working days. I was able to pick up my Mac early morning after just 2 days and all my queries and questions were answered quickly over e-mail. Great and very friendly service
