United Kingdom | 19 January 2021I have never written a review in my life, but having had the worst experience I thought I should, to save people wasting there time on this company. Firstly, the guy working there was rude and not delicate with my MacBook. When I received my computer a week later ( pick up and drop off due to covid) I could see that there was still dust and scratches on my keyboard ( I went to get the whole touch bar and keyboard replaced) I then went to another Apple certified shop which told me it had not been replaced at all. So they basically lied about even looking at my laptop, wasted my time , were rude and obviously think nothing of there customers to not even do what they said they would and then pretend that they had. What are these people getting paid for ? The most disappointing experience ( mr shoreditch branch ) I hope they close down and stop wasting peoples time and money.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2021My Macbook screen stopped working so I contacted MR London to organise a repair following a recommendation from Apple. The team were very helpful and the repair was done super quickly, meaning that I was only without my laptop for a few days despite the difficulties caused by COVID. All in all an excelent experience, I highly recommend!

United Kingdom | 14 January 2021If you have an Apple product don't go here. You would expect to be charged similar prices for repairs to the official prices if you go through Apple Stores given that it is an 'Apple Authorised Service Provider'. However, the cost for a battery replacement (official Apple cost £129 for Macbook Pro 13') was £344! They know what they are doing and don't put the prices anywhere for you to see before hand. You need to give your laptop for a 'diagnosis' before they give you a quote. Then if you decide you don't want to go ahead - which obviously why would you rationally want to given the excessive cost - you have to pay approximately £89 for the 'diagnosis'. Then you are stuck either paying excessive repair costs or £89 for nothing. Speaking to the representative on the phone the guys couldn't care less. They know they have you caught at this point and just tell you take it or leave it. In the interest of total transparency and objectivity the repair was all fine (so far). However, I believe these guys are complete chancers who know what they are doing and will never ever use their service again and recommend no one else does. That Apple still advertises such places as 'official' service providers is terrible. There needs to be clarity on pricing policies from both Apple and MR Systems.

While they were repairing my, they managed to put a load of scratches on the machine - they obviously denied it when raised it with them. Just say's to me that they're careless. If your mac is your pride and joy - don't leave it with them. Either go elsewhere or book it in with Apple directly. You have be warned!

United Kingdom | 03 November 2020- unpaired my phone - then said that can’t repair it - I need a new one and it’s not worth it - then can’t pair my watch back to my phone Wasted an hour of my time to tell me they cannot do anything for me. The service is appalling and deliberately so and they do not know the technology. The screen on my watch was cracked. They could have said they do not replace screens and that my only choice is to buy a new watch. But what they did was take the strap off unpair the watch from my iphone and then tell me I needed a new watch and they cannot pair the old watch back to the phone (they tried for an hour and failed and glibly said they will continue to try all day to time me out as they knew I could not wait all day). A totally cynical approach to business. Never use these people. It is a fundamentally dishonest approach.

United Kingdom | 15 August 2020This was proof that investing in a Mac is a smart choice as it can pay off for many years. Even though my MacBook Pro was over three years old, long beyond warranty and not part of a badly manufactured batch, I was able to get my bulging battery problem resolved at no cost to me (aside from the optional delivery). MR's online system kept me updated on the repair's progress and my machine was hand delivered on completion. They really are Apple certified for a reason!

United Kingdom | 13 July 2020Had a battery swelling on 2018 Macbook Pro and the replacement job was done quicker than expected (considering Corona virus times) and even they were able to keep US keyboard (bought there) which I prefer over UK keyboard.

During a battery replacement, the screen cracked (totally understand these things happen, esp on an older phone). He contacted Apple on my behalf to have them replace it- but when they refused, he made sure the cost was covered for me. This has been a rough month for expenses, needless to say I was really grateful for him and going above and beyond for me. Highly recommend both Chris and the business for fairness, honesty and transparency, they now have a loyal customer for life!

United Kingdom | 25 May 2020Helped with a software issue and provided prompt delivery. However, instead of packing my laptop into a sleeve, they shoved charger there as well so it scratched my Mac. The laptop was a bit dirty too. Quite upsetting given the fact that I provided a separate packaging bag. Would not recommend as there is little respect for the products.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2020MR Systems is by far and away the most efficient and trustworthy repair service that I have found in London. The staff are kind and helpful (without ever straying into the condescension that can so often accompany support to the technologically illiterate - such as myself) and always deliver with insightful guidance and speedy repairs. Most recently they helpfully diagnosed a faulty repair carried out by a third party warrantee, diagnosing and detailing the repair accurately. Even within lockdown, their service remains impeccable. I could not recommend more and will be continuing to use their services exclusively in the future.
