I have been dealing with Vet Approved Rx going on almost 5yrs now, and unfortunately this past experience was not up to their usual standards. After placing an order, nearly a week went by before I decided to look at the status of my order and saw that it was "pending approval". Normally Cheryl contacts me to let me know if my vet's office has not responded to their request to approve a prescription. However this time it seems someone else handled my order and could not be bothered to contact me about the delay. It was Cheryl who got my order processed after I sent a complaining email. I am so grateful that Cheryl is still there, she at least cares about doing a good job.

The online experience was easy. I had a prescription order, so I filled out everything online then faxed my scripts to VetApprovedRX. Within a couple days I had an email stating that my prescriptions were on the way. My dog takes this prescription daily and VetApproved RX had it at about 1/2 the price of Walmart, plus easy home delivery. Unfortunately and fortunately for me, the prescription is still expensive enough that I get free shipping. Like free shipping. Will definitely order from them again and recommend to other pet lovers.
