It was exceptionally easy to get my pet's prescription filled with Vet Approved RX. Initially, I left a message on the voicemail as I called on a weekend. My call was promptly returned on Monday and the customer service was prompt, positive and personable. They had the prescription verified with my vet, transferred from my regular pharmacy and sent out on the same business day. I received it in just a few days with regular shipping. This was a very expensive medication in the regular pharmacy and critical for my pet's health, and it was much, much more affordable from Vet Approved Rx. I have had great interactions with the employees and very much happy with the company on whole. Only issue we have had is that our temp sensitive medicines cant be packed sufficiently during warm months. Small ice packs are used, larger ones are needed during those months. Thank you..
