I wanted to invest in a really good quality wardrobe and was nervous whether the quality would match the cost. Can honestly say the quality exceeded my expectations and the delivery guys were lovely, on time and fitted it perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending House of Oak and will be happy to use them again in the future.

The product arrived a week late because of an admin error, all I got was an apology from the delivery driver (paid £20+ for delivery). Came with minor scratches and a chip to the paint, normally I wouldn't bother but for the price it's poor. I was thinking of using the company again to have matching furniture but I will likely now look at other options. Just overall not a great experience and poor support.

First time of using this company and am not disappointed. Rang to ask some questions first and they were really friendly and helpful. Ordered online several items of living room furniture and although took longer than originally expected, I always received a prompt update and the wait was worth it! Lovely furniture, well made and looks amazing, fits so well in my living room. The delivery guys were great, very friendly and took care in unpacking and placing each item where I wanted it. Very friendly delivery guys.Unpacked and took the chest of draws upstairs to the bedroom with no problem.Removed the packaging and took it away as asked. Delivery arrived on scheduled day as promised. Very friendly lady on the phone who helped with my order too. Infact the whole process was extremely pleasant. Fab company….. I requested extra photos which was no issue for these guys and a quick response to my email. Communication was first class. I paid extra for the table to be put together and packaging taken away. The delivery guys were friendly and professional and did a fab job & the table itself is fantastic. Just what we need for our huge family, plus great value for money. I couldn’t be happier

Ordered 1 TV corner unit and a small 2 door cupboard Norfolk Oak for the lounge just under 3 weeks for delivery they’re really gorgeous furniture exceptionally easy to order online also spoke to a very nice friendly guy regarding delivery he was very helpful the delivery drivers were excellent friendly and helpful even rolled out felt on my carpets to walk on and bring the furniture in so easy to just pop the legs on 8 bolts each unit supplied an Allen Key the packaging was second to none .. Absolutely perfect … Thank you House of Oak….😃
