Hex dumbbells are great and an excellent addition to my home gym. There was issues with the delivery as I was sent the wrong date and then the delivery didn’t arrive on the date I was told. It would have been good to have been kept updated rather than having to chase and follow up myself.

Pair of 37.5 and 40 kg hex rubber dumb bells. Good price and good quality, albeit one of the 40's has a metal imperfection on the handle which needs to be filed off to avoid ripping my hand open. Overall good value for money though.

Update - issue resolved We have previoudly been supplied a full gym by Origin and were very happy with the experience. We recently ordered a dumbbell set that stated on the web included a stand. The code on the quote / order was apparently different to the one on the website, but no further product specification was provided. When we asked "where is our stand?", after a prolonged 'conversation', I was informed: "I have been told by directs of Origin Fitness that because you signed off on a product code that doesn’t come with a rack then we can’t send one out." Furthermore, the set delivered had been incorrectly picked and included 1 pair of dumbbells from a different brand, that I had been advised by the Account Manager was of inferior quality. When I advised Origin that they should collect the goods as they were not as quoted / ordered, they said I would have to pay a handling and collection fee!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lesley. Having had a problem with my order she sorted it out efficiently in a friendly and professional way. Sometimes its how a company deals with it when something goes wrong which makes it stand out. Will be getting more from Origin in the future.

The Concept 2 Rower was the same price from several suppliers but I ordered from Origin because they had the best delivery times. Despite the pressures they must be under during COVID they were on time and the Rower arrived in five working days. Excellent service.

Delay in delivering the equipment twice. Then it turns up without any prior notice. , when it arrived was on a wooden crate with rusty nails which I had to help unload off the truck. Machines seems to work fine so far.

Brilliant company to deal with. We run a personal training gym and often enquire about equipment. Matthew is always on hand to help and retrieve the best quotes for us within hours. Would highly reccomend.

I have been invited to leave a review for this company following my decision to cancel my order. The order was late due to an internal error followed by lots of confusion about redelivery. Customer service is very slow and disappointing and therefore I decided to order the item elsewhere. I cannot recommend this company.

Once again the cheapest for the hexagon dumbbells and very quick delivery will definitely order again when needed.

Great product at a great price. The service support was swift and helpful with a couple of delivery queries. Might have been helpful to have been advised of a delivery slot as opposed to asking for it. The only unhelpful part of the transaction was the with courier not willing to help with a small lift, having insisted kerbside drop only. Other than that, deal with confidence.

The item was very easy to order, we ordered it on the Sunday and received a confirmation email which contained the delivery details for the following Friday. I am very happy with the service that I have received. I would also like to say the the Concept 2 Rowing Machine is a great addition for our family.
