Poor engagement following order. Items we’re out of stock and I had to consistently chase them for updates as to when the items would return. The order in the end took circa 8 weeks to complete 3-4 separate phone calls from myself just to get an idea of what was going on.

I have spent a lot of money with this company ordering a full home gym, my first order went smoothly with items arriving within a few weeks however my second order did not. I am still waiting on one particular item which I keep being told will be arriving next week as there are delays, this has been since the start of May! The annoying part is the item was in stock at the time of ordering from their website and had I been told the extent of these delays I would have purchased else where so I am now very frustrated and still waiting on my item which spoils the quality and experience for everything else I have purchased from them.

The ski trainer was out of stock and I had to chase up when delivery was due on more than 1 occasion. When the item did arrive we were missing a number of items to assemble it. These have still not been received more than 2 weeks after delivery so we are unable to use the ski trainer until the parts arrive.

Excellent company to deal with. I kitted out my gym 3 years ago and the service was excellent. Then having to close it due to covid I made a place at home and needed to match the flooring from my existing kit. Sorted no problem and delivery was spot on. Will always look at origin if I need any new kit.
