Fantastic service and price. Free delivery within 36 hours. Second time using Origin and still not disappointed.

The bar bell set is great, but the delivery was stressful. Initially only the bar arrived, without the weights or cuffs, and the package was opened at the end. Apparently DPD had lost the weights. Then after a few chasing phone calls the weights did arrive, but the box was opened and didn't contain a delivery note, so I was not sure whether anything was missing from the delivery. I think part of the problem is that Origin are not securing the boxes well enough, but I have also previously had numerous problems with DPD so I would be wary of using any supplier in future who uses DPD as their courier.

Excellent customer service from Origin... Bought a reconditioned bike a couple of weeks back - it looks like there is something wrong with the calibration of the gears and Origin can't have been more helpful

Great quality product and excellent communication from the Origin team from purchase to delivery.

I ordered a barbell set .delivery was very quick but one of the plates looked used / worn . I sent 2 pictures for comparison to the sales team immediately and very quickly received an apologetic email with next day delivery of another, it arrived looked better but I do wonder whether the plates are checked before delivery and the one I received looked better but still required a good clean. Prompt service delivery and after sales but undecided if would order from them again.

Good value for money and great customer services

Breached GDPR by contacting several customers on the same notification of delivery. Confirmed delivery didn’t arrive on the day they confirmed. Then the next days guaranteed/priority delivered to be with you before 12, arrived at 6pm

11 days out I have not received my item even though the estimated dispatch is 3-5 days, and the listing states 'in stock, and ready to dispatch'. Furthermore, there is no one available to take calls for such inquiries - a poor service all over. UPDATE: Upon posting this review Origin contacted me the same day, and conveyed an appropriate desire to rectify the situation. Dispatch was offered to suit a delivery day that was convenient to me, and I have now just received my item as planned - so at least on this occasion this company's resolution procedure worked well

Good quality product, that arrived promptly. In fact, the quality was better than I was expecting. Received email checking on whether product had arrived, letting me know I could reply to the email if there were any queries. At that point, I hadn’t received items, and replied to email. However, all I got was a mail server notification that email could not be delivered. Fortunately, my order arrived the next day.

No complaints at all, polite people, unbelievably affordable prices for really good quality, contacted them several times, willingly helped me

After an initial delivery issue of the bar just arriving. Origin customer service team have been excellent in getting outstanding goods to me, without fuss with good communication to keep me update. The weights have arrived and are great quality and would recommend goods and support.

The equipment is of good quality, however the packaging it came in was very damaged, and the kettle bell releases paint. Otherwise I am satisfied with the package.
