Unfortunately my package got lost however the customer service was brilliant, they got back to me very quickly with my issue and sent my new package for next day delivery. Would use again.

We found out about origin fitness through a few social media gym influencers and after ordering a Free Weights Package in Summer 2020, the expected delivery being the November. We then finally received the largest part of the package being the Half Rack after being told multiple times it was on its way. However once the rack arrived we soon realised it was the wrong rack and they had replaced it with a different one unannounced to us. When we questioned this they then informed us the Rack we had ordered with the package was discontinued last year and the one they had sent was the next best thing even though it was cheaper and didn't have weight pegs or arms which our original one did. This was eventually resolved once we complained and they sent us the appropriate additions to make up for the rack. Anyway we decided to give them a second chance (bad idea...) and last week we ordered some 4mm gym flooring which I have 3 emails stating it is in stock and can be delivered within 5-7 working days, as with all origin fitness orders they are always very keen to take your money first and sort out the rest after. We then filled all the relevant information out and was told it would be dispatched that day. After waiting all day for the delivery a week later I then called to ask where my delivery was only to be told there was a system error and they only found out the night before that it was no longer in stock! My only options where to pay a fortune more for other products that were in stock or get refunded. They might want to update their website a bit quicker as it still currently says the flooring I ordered is still in stock! It seems the social media influencers take priority over their paying customers! We will not be using this company again as they are very unprofessional, and once they have your money they lose all knowledge of how customer service works.

Good website, easy ordering process, the resistance loops were well packaged, not pinched in any way, which is what I had seen on reviews of many other types of bands, Have used them for a couple of weeks now, no signs of any weak spots, hence the excellent rating - have just ordered more of them.
