United States | 26 February 2025I love the shoes - they fit perfectly and so comfortable. BUT one of the plastic things that holds the laces tight is defective. It is stuck in the position that lets the laces free so you can adjust them, but doesn't go back out to hold the laces tight. So that shoe is VERY loose on my foot. Any way to replace that part or the shoes?

United States | 26 February 2025I have been trying to return the shoes for two days. Good luck. First they never give a return address. Then you must email and wait 24 - 48 hours for a response. Then you need to call and wait a LONG time for an answer, then you might get to the page to fill out return info and then you must wait for a merchant to respond to your return request. Then I was told my(never worn) shoes were not returnable because they were bought from an app!! What a scam. This is illegal. They should not be allowed to continue business without the ability to return these "shoes"

United States | 26 February 2025I LOVE HIKE SHOES FIRST OF ALL. I OWN 7 PAIR AND MY HUBBY OWNS TWO. I BOUGHT 4 PAIR OF ANOTHER TYPE BUT THEY WERE NOT THE RIGHT FIT. HIKE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. I APPRECIATE THIS. YOU DON'T GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM MANY COMPANIES.

United States | 26 February 2025I absolutely love HIKE Barefoot shoes. I wear them almost everyday. They are comfortable, my legs and feet don't hurt like they did before. I tell everyone about how great they are. I have a male friend that wears them.. he works hard in work boots.... at home he wears his Barefoot shoes.. We love them!!

United States | 26 February 2025Received 2 pairs of shoes too small. I can not wear them. I have tried 3 x's to find out, get anyone at Hike to recognize my issue. Not even one response from Hike! I feel they just plain and simply stole from me. Not one response to my emails, no one to talk with on phone because you are on hold so long your call gets dropped. Appparently Hike does not have customer service that is functional. Just want my money back.

I highly recommend Hike Footwear to anyone who will listen to my recommendation. I know it has made a huge difference for myself.

Used Pay Pal, contacted them and they have begun a refund process was told by Hike that it would be 5 days to 2 months before I would receive the shoes! (2 months??) Own several pair of the shoes love them! Don’t want a refund…. Want the shoes!

United States | 26 February 2025I have tarsel tunnel syndrome in both of my feet. It has been difficult to find shoes that my feet will tolerate for a long time. I am used to taking them off and then putting them back on a while later. However, with my new Hike Footwear I can wear them all day and my feet don't bother me. What a relief it has been. Now if they only made dress shoes for those times I have to be more polished. Thank you Hike Footwear.

I haven't been able to wear them since we are currently in Hawaii and too hot to wear them. I am excited to try them out and see how warm they keep my feet and how they do when they get wet.

United States | 26 February 2025i was expecting a shoe box but was surprised when the shoes came in flat plastic shipping envelope. when opened they were in clear zipper bag about 2 inches thick.. ..BUT i'm amazed at the quality of materials and construction of the shoes....i wear them in the house and anytime i go out....... my gait as i walk is so much more natural and has a fuller range of motion........it'll be HIKE from now on for me....

United States | 26 February 2025I didn’t expect to love these so much. It’s like a Croc met a barefoot running shoe. Super comfy, keeps my feet cool, and easy to wear. My hip pain went away because I am automatically adjusting my gait with the minimalist sole. They have them cheaper on Amazon, but it’s not the same fit or sole. I came back and bought two more. They are my go to shoe now.

United Kingdom | 26 February 2025The best shoes and boots around. I’m partially handicapped after a brain tumour removal operation and feel safe and secure walking in my hike winter boots. They grip the surface even when wet and you know you will not slip. So very comfortable and warm with fleece lining. No need to wear socks even in winter. Water proof and light weight fantastic. A great choice of colours. Delivered very quickly.

There’s one star I will spend another large amount of time today confronting hike footwear that I have proof that my return was under policy and I just now received an email that says my return was rejected so onward I go. Again breaking through to Customer Service to get what service I expect and deserve for shopping for an online order that did not work out for me that was returned in the proper amount of time to this day since I purchased January 11 I have probably spent eight hours working to get a return processed.
