Product is exactly as described. I own 5 different models and love the waterproof winter shoes and the new cloud version. Work at a golf course and on my feet for several hours at a time. Hike shoes have made a huge difference for me.

I love the shoes and wear them 90% of the time. My plantar faciitis is gone. It was not instant but suddenly I realized the pain was gone, although there was instant relief of the amount of pain as soon as I put them on. My only problem is confusing "Hike" shoes with others on the market. Everybody seems to be selling them. (Also, i have earned credit but can't find it in my account). I recommend them to everyone I know!

Wrong size was ordered. I am wondering if when I changed the color it changed the size. Someone reached out to me and gave me a chance to get another pair and I responded but I got no respond back. I needed an 9 1/2 black shoe and my foot is 3- 3/4 inch wide.

The winter shoes are AMAZING! I walk around the house, feet feel wonderful. Wearing the same footwear, I go outside into the deep snow and my feet are still as warm and dry as they were inside. Absolutely amazing.

Love my Lorax Pros! Wore them constantly on a recent trip to warmer weather. They fit like they were made for me. I need a bit more structure for a long walk but they are great for other daily needs. They even hand wash well when you splash gas on them! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I did not receive the shoes that I ordered and paid for. The address was wrong on the shipping package. I went to USPS to track the package and was told the tracking number did not exist.

The shoes are fine. I don’t feel a significant difference in how my feet feet, but that could be because I don’t have any foot issues. I got them for bike riding, which I haven’t been able to test yet, due to the weather. Be aware, however, these shoes are not coming from within the USA. They were on a VERY slow boat from China. That was disappointing for me.

A good example of how much I love your shoes...last night around 7 30, after dinner and settling in to watch a movie, I noticed I still had on my shoes. That's how comfortable they are. And, BTW, I have 4 pair. 2/24/25

I never got the boots and I haven't gotten a refund. It's been over 2 months!!

The sneakers didn't feel good on my feet, didn't think they were a good product at all. Sent back over 4 weeks ago and never received my money back. Believe me, if I know anyone going to buy your products I've told them about your company, also anyone thinking about buying about buying your shoes I tell them about my experience with your company.

I tried to get different colors but when hitting the two button, they were the same. The soles keep popping out of the pair I have been using.

I’m a diabetic and must always wear footwear. The feeling of walking barefoot is back with the help of your “shoes.” I’m looking forward to our annual Florida vacation and our morning walks on the beach wearing my Hike gear.
