i never received my order and have had problems getting any response/ help to fix the problem. i am a disabled veteran and my ability to do things are limited. i can order online but troubleshooting is out of my ability

Size charts are inaccurate. I appreciate the quick and easy exchange process, but I wasn't notified until after it was processed that I wouldn't have an opportunity to return or exchange again if there was another problem.

Very comfortable footwear. I love the Lorax (I have three pair) and I wear them every day!

The shoes are light and width for my toes feels great. I have problems with the inside bottom, or insole of them. It is rough, and there is a slight bump that I guess is for between the toe area and the foot pad, that hits on my footpad. By the end of the day that area was really sore. It would be so much better if it was smooth and not rough.

i am trying to retuern 2 orders thast sre not acceptable and have been given s hard time with impossioble reqyests. ihave returned a pair of shoes and a pair of boots delivered 0 2/7 byfed -x. still no confirmation or refund. i am angry and fustrated!!! what do i do now. i am powed a refund of over $100.00.

Rubbed blisters in both feet

You sent the shoes in a speedy delivery with an interesting delivery. I bought shoes to gift all my family who helped me after a fall and sprained knee. I wore my new ones to boot camp yesterday and kept them on to bedtime. No slippers change. They are like slippers. Your creation is superb. Today I’ll wear my new purple and white ones to my writers of the purple sage group to match our purple shirts. Pat

I LOVE the shoes, no more painful feet or toes, they are my go-to shoes, and I can wear them all day without discomfort. The winter boots I received keep my feet warm and dry even when I spill water directly on them, they dry fast and never show any discoloration. I got my husband a pair as he has foot problems, and he likes his, but I don't think he loves his as much as I love mine, he's still not convinced they are outdoor shoes. I love mine, have worn out one pair and plan on buying more, not sure I will ever buy any other shoes as I am a nurse and am on my feet a lot.

I wish the souls were consistent in your winter shoes. My white shoes insert soul was fine but the black shoes were paper thin. How does that happen??

I was sent a new pair of boots after the first pair had a defective innersole. However the second pair is doing the same thing.

I ordered a pair to try them. Thought they were great so I ordered another pair. The right show on the 2nd pair does not fit correctly- too tight. I submitted a request to customer service & have not received a response.

I bought these because I’ve had plantar fasciitis and I thought they would help. I like that they were spacious in the tow area, but they have no support whatsoever in the arch. I’ve tried wearing them a few times and end up with aching feet. Unfortunately, I bought two pair and I haven’t even worn the other one.

The shoes fits too big

These shoes are amazing! I tried them on when they arrived and wore them all day! They are so comfortable and fit perfectly. They are the first shoes I purchased after 5 months of physical therapy learning to walk properly again after a shredded tibial tendon issue. Now I can walk with no pain in my new HIKE shoes.

The hike shoes are so comfortable for feet that are hard to fit in many other shoes. I am grateful to have my Hike shoes. I have bought many pairs (maybe over 30) for friends and CNA at my husband’s memory care.
