First pair I purchased was the Caspian , which I love. Second were the Kasdava boot, I don’t like the fit and they are a joke as far as waterproof and warmth in the snow. I gave the company one last try with the Thera Pro. So uncomfortable had to purchase an insole, didn’t want to spend another $30 for theirs. That didn’t help and am done with this company.

I love the shoes, my mother on the other hand, not so much. Probably should have ordered her a size up, because she wears an 8.5, but the 8-9 does not fit properly and she doesn't like the way they feel.

The fact that I am able to walk better with less pain.

They made a mistake when I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and sent me 2 different sizes. I had ordered 1 pair before and liked it, so I knew the correct size. I'm disabled by Multiple Sclerosis and its very hard getting dressed so I didn't try both on.THEY LET ME KNOW IT's my fault and I should've tried both on. never mind the mistake is on one of their employees. No compassion was shown for a disabled woman trying to live on Social security.

I bought these shoes on cyber Tuesday, December 2. They were supposed to be buy one get one free no charge for delivery yet. Y’all charged me twice. Worst company I’ve ever done business with.

I wanted to return the shoes because they were uncomfortable. My toes were cramped in them. The process for returns is not great. I was told I would have to pay for the shipping. I can't wear the shoes, so I am very disappointed.

I love my Hike shoes. My feet have had pain issues for years (arthritis and neuropathy). I can wear my Hike shoes all day without my feet hurting. My feet DO hurt when I take my shoes off but they don’t hurt when wearing them.

These shoes cause my feet to hurt after 1-2hours wear I was hoping they would help me to walk better I bought 2 pair and both feel the same way. I would not recommend these to anyone with sensitive feet.

I think the customer service and general communication is great, but I found the quality of the shoes disappointing. They seem more like lounge-wear for around the house as opposed to "hiking" shoes. The fabric-like material is way too thin to hike in and the soles are thin as well. I do love the shape of the shoes to give more toe room. The drawstring for the shoe laces ends up being in the way as well. For the cost the quality is lacking. Lastly, I was very uncomfortable with the chemical odor that was VERY strong when opening the package and still lingers on the shoes as well. I am assuming this was some kind of protection sprayed on them but totally unnecessary and toxic. Overall I am not satisfied but too busy and tired to send back and ask for a refund. I hope the smell disappears and I can at least wear them around the house.

Most comfortable shoes, I now have 4 pairs and love them all.

Unfortunately, these shoes are much flimsier than expected. The soles certainly don't allow you to walk on terrain other than pavement comfortably or securely. As a wearer of five toes for years (these too have reduced their soles to practically nothing), the bottoms which purport to have acupressure points to aid in comfort are visual only and simply not good enough.

I love the way the shoes fit right out of the box but you do have to decide what type of socks ie. thick/thin or none based on the shoes you have. I have gotten quite a few questions about them from people asking what type they are. No break in needed, easy to put on and go. I have other pairs that I've not worn yet but they will travel with me on roed trips.

The workout shoes are working out great...the more casual shoes (houseshoes?), I'm worried about. My left foot started hurting shortly after wearing them for a few days. Not sure that's the cause, but trying to get it back to 'normal' before trying again.

I've had plantar fasciitis and bone spurs so I have to be very careful. I wore them at home to get used to them before trying them at work (I'm a nurse). After 2 days, my heels were so painful I had to miss the next day of work. I wanted to love them!😢

Very disappointed ! My feet & legs hurt after walking with these shoes

The shoes are so big and sloppy they are hard to walk in comfortably. Are they returnable??

The shoes are comfortable to wear. My feet don't hurt standing all day at work. Easy to slip on and off.....thank you.

I purchased 2 pairs, one for me and another for my husband. His did not fit; they were not wide enough. Mine fit but I really didn't love them so I wanted to return both pairs. I emailed several times, repeating that I wanted to return both pairs but they kept coming back offers to refund 25%, then 50% and keep both pairs. Also, it took a long time for them to reply to my emails. I finally got tired of repeating myself about returning both pairs so I finally accepted a 50% refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
