My first pair of these shoes have been great...size 7 My second pair which I ordered in size 7 arrived in a size 6 I’m wearing this pair because I don’t want to deal with the return experience and the long wait to receive a size 7

This company is THE BEST!! They are very helpful if you have any questions or problems about their items. They treat you like your special. Delivery is fast and if you have any problems they correct them immediately. I love this company and I love their shoes!!!

These shoes are amazing! They are everything they say they are and more! I will never buy any other shoes! I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs and while wearing these shoes my feet don’t hurt at all!! You better run to get you a pair!

These shoes are incredible, they truly are life-changing. I have a spinal cord injury and have had multiple neck surgeries and lower back surgery. These shoes help me tremendously and I would recommend them to anyone. Be sure to buy the insoles that they offer because they help also

Never deleivered my poduct. Could nto get any repsonses to email queries and no one answers the phone. After multiple attempts, and got someone on the line, she hung up because I wouldn't allow a call back (I said I would hold for the next available agent).

The shoes were too large so I returned them and never heard back from anyone. I received no shoes, no refund , no text , no email or nothing. I would say I'm pretty disappointed.

I love Hike Foowear… I have ordered 5 pairs for myself from hike-footwear.com. Ordered a pair in November for my husband as a Christmas gift. He did not like them like a do. I just missed the 30-day return window. I asked if I could exchange for a pair for me. I explained it was a Christmas gift. They replied, so sad, too bad, no exceptions. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days, Christmas gift or not. I no longer will order directly from hike-footwear.com.

I will not be buying after reading reviews on the return policy l can't afford to loose 50 per cent on a purchase

Nah, horrible low quality shoes. Would pay max £20 and was charged three times that. Comfortable shoe but won't last long. Avoid.

My experience was not good, your carrier never delivered my hike boots. You also ignored my complaint and I saw no refund back to my acct.

I really love my three types of Hike Footwear! I have so much trouble with other shoes pinching my toes together after I have been on my feet a while. All these pairs are so comfortable. The one thing I would change is add a bit more cush on the bottom soles. I tried to add your insoles, but then they felt like the shoes might come off. Otherwise they are wonderful!!

I ordered shoes that were brown and white in the images in your add were brown and white. I had ten people look at the images on the add, they all they were brown and white. When they came in they were brown and gray. I tried several times to send email, only have them not able to be delivered. I called customer service, talked to someone who had such a strong accent I could not understand most of what he said. He argued with me telling me that they were brown and gray in the ad. I got my friends to look at the ad again, they all agreed on line they were brown and white and were blown away when I showed them what I received. They were further disappointed when I related my experience with customer service. They said they would think long and hard before buying from you. OMG I cannot believe how much I love my barefoot shoes! I got the summer ones first, I use them while shampooing carpets, no more slipping when I transition to tiles or engineered flooring. Feet stay dry and comfy too! Next I got the winter barefoot boots! wore them out to blow snow the last two days. Over 6 inches of snow and I did over 4 blocks of sidewalks and several driveways!!! I am in love, first day didn't use the inserts and they were warm and dry today added the inserts today, legs & feet feel even better!!! No leg fatigue so comfy!!! looking forward to trying the tennis like shoes I just ordered! I am 68 yrs young next week and got in over 35,000 steps in two days and feel great!!! I normally get from 2500 to 3500 daily!

I now have 3 pair and I do enjoy wearing them. I can walk and stand as well or better than I did in the best sneaker I could afford. Thank you for your design efforts. I have been taking a nerve supplement also, but the combination with the shoes is doing very well!

My money was refunded to my credit card and I did not realize it when I wrote that I had not received my refund. I'm sorry about that. Good job Hike. Thank you.

The shoes are great. However, one pair was much smaller. Of course they didn’t fit. I was not able to return that pair.
