The minute I put this footware on, I was in love! Talk about comfortable, these take the cake. I would wear them to bed if I could! I have a balance problem and these shoes make all the difference in the world. Well worth the money.

Customer service - first time buyer and my pkg was not delivered correctly, it should have been delivered to my door but was delivered to our public mailroom of my apt complex (a picture was actually provided by the delivery person showing it was not delivered to my door even though my apt# was provided). An investigation of the process of delivering was made and I was made to feel obligated to provided answers to for the investigation WHICH NOT MY DOING of the fact the pkg was missing. I had provided a picture of where the pkg was dropped off from the delivery person, but yet even w/ clear evidence I WAS STILL QUESTIONED. Regarding the item itself, you were made to believe this was the most comfortable shoes which offered many benefits for all ailments of shoe issues, but yet YOU STILL NEEDED TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE INSOLE TO MAKE IT WEARABLE?? ALMOST $30 EXTRA for INSOLES?? When the original shoe itself WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE BEST IN COMFORT FOR IT’S PRICE AND BENEFITS?? VERY MISLEADING IS MY FIRST IMPRESSION REGARDING SERVICE AND PRODUCT. I could have gone LOWER ON THE SCORE. Now I am stuck w/ uncomfortable shoes which I need to spend EXTRA for insoles to make them COMFORTABLE??

My 79yo husband says that he has been waiting for these shoes all his life! The wide toe box is wonderful and he enjoys his daily walk currently in his Hike boots!

Great shoe! A little rough on the rocky hikes but I still love them. I also wear a weighted vest and the shoes are still great. I’ve been using them daily for a month now on my neighborhood walks on pavement and my nature hikes in the woods. I love both pairs. I kind of wish they were water proof but they dry quickly after being soaked from the rain here in Portland Oregon. I’ll probably buy another pair repair at some point. If waterproof is an option I will probably buy those next round.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on January 2 I receive tracking information. Supposedly they made it to the US on January 7 and was transferred to a local delivery company here it is February 8 and I still haven’t received my shoes. I’ve contacted hike more than once, and I keep getting the same generic response. I cannot get a refund. I have no shoes. I am pissed off. Don’t buy from them.

Good shoes. Comfortable to wear. Bought the insoles and they felt even better.

The most comfortable shoes I have worn

The sneaker is extremely thin and no arch support. They are comfortable as a slipper but that wasn't what they were purchased for. When I made the purchase, there was a buy one get one offer that I took advantage of. They did not live up to expectations and it seems like a waste of $80.

I love these shoes. I own 4 pairs. My feet, ankles, knees and hips feel great. No more toes going to sleep. Just wish they would get here faster!

Shoes true to size and comfortable

I never received my shoes. I’ve have waited six weeks to receive my shoes. I couldn’t wait to get them, because I have so much pain in my feet. I paid 87.00 dollars for them and I still don’t have them.

Love the shoes. I have neuropathy and the shoes relieves the discomfort. Very comfortable I bought both my daughters a pair

I now have 1 pair of boots and 2 pairs of shoes. I feel much safer walking and I haven't had any falls since using them. I use my own arch supports but they don't detract from the wonderful feeling of being flat on the ground with room forms toes to spread as they used to. I waited a very long time for the first pair to arrive which was stressful and seemed to be lost but the others arrived in a reasonable time. I received replies to my queries about the shoes when I contacted customer services. On the whole the shoes are worn every penny and I'm happy with them.

I ordered on Dec. 26 2024 and as of today 2/8/2025 I have not received my order.

Love these shoes. Wish the regular low rise shoes could be insulated. My insulated shoes are not as comfortable as the regular ones .

First order ws too small. When contacted Hike said just keep them and immediately sent a second pair that fit perfectly. Very happy with fit and comfort. Wear them almost daily.

Good quality and comfortable. I would like to see a bit more style in the shoes but that would be my only suggestion.

The shoes are quite comfortable, but the business aspect of the company is not customer friendly. Good luck trying to return an item for a refund. I sent 4 pairs of shoes back (worth over $180) and was told that the return was denied! I will never purchase anything else from Hike, period. What a rip off.

I knew I was in trouble when my shoes arrived in a pouch/ envelope. For $75. I expected a shoe I would be able to wear on daily walks but, what I received was a pair of beach water shoes. The first day I wore them I had to cross a recently oiled street and the oil came up thru the holes in the soles onto my socks. I like them very much inside the house but I don’t wear shoes inside my home.
