Very comfortable. Most shoes hurt my feet.

Love love these! I love them so much that I have been sharing them with the people I love who have foot issues and can barely walk!

My feet quit hurting....

I understand that these shoes are meant to be worn sockless. I cannot wear shoes without socks. Bare footed they are uncomfortable. Why don't you make socks to go with the shoes?

I love these shoes!!!! I haven't been able to wear shoes in so long because of a foot problem from a motorcycle accident but these shoes feel amazing. They don't hurt like other shoes do after wearing them for a few hours, they feel like I'm walking on air. I definitely recommend these shoes.

Not everyone's experience will be the same. But I have flat feet. My podiatrist said I need really good shoes with arch and hard as a rock sole that does not bend. I've tried it for a few years and after hundreds down the drain, I still felt pain in my feet, ankles, and lower back. I saw an article of a foot surgeon that said it needs to be arch support when needed like on cement or very hard flooring. It does damage to your knees. Otherwise, Barefoot is better as it works the muscles in foot and ankles. Otherwise it gets weak and causes pain. I switched to Barefoot. I have 2 pair of hike and I use it everywhere even for my kettleball and HIIT, tabata, and dance. I can't say it is pain free. But pain free from before, yes. This is just soreness I get from doing so much on my feet. Nothing like the tears I shed with all these other brands of shoes with arches. I will stick to Hike Barefoot shoes now. I feel pain in other shoes Otherwise. For me, they are the most comfortable I have had in years.

Well I wrote you to find out if I could exchange my shoes for a larger size. You made it seem like not so much. I can give them to the Salvation Army for donation and you’ll give me a 20% refund. The shoes have never been worn. I just tried on one shoe. So I guess that’s what I’ll do. Maybe it’s my fault. The first pair of lined winter shoes told me to order one size larger. This one didn’t, so I figured they must run larger. I’ll be more careful next time or I’ll stick with the ones for summer/spring.

The upper and lower of one pair came apart. Notified customer service - they did nothing

Shoes did not fit and I didn’t get a refund of amount spent. They refunded a small portion. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!0

Need to return for size reasons and could find nowhere to make that easy. We will donate them instead but will not be ordering again.

I am so happy that I found Hike and decided to order your products. I have 4 pairs now and I will be buying more. I’d say that comfort and style are what I am most impressed with. In November of 2023 I had an accident and fell and broke my hip and needed hip replacement surgery. Prior to this surgery I was walking daily. I look forward to resuming this walking regiment in Hike sneakers. It’s still early to get outside in Northern NJ, but I can walk indoors until the weather breaks. Hiking is more comfortable with hike boots than regular sinkers. My knee pain is gone. It’s amazing.

Ordering was easy. I have had problems my entire life finding shoes that fit correctly. I have short wide feet and depending on the style would have to buy longer shoes or buy specialty shoes. With these shoes I can order the exact size and they fit perfectly! No more pain or corn issues. Perfect fitting shoes make happy feet all day. These shoes are cute and shaped like a foot. An excellent concept! I am so happy I found them. I have had many complements on these shoes! People always want to know where they can buy them. So for all the people that can't find comfortable shoes, this is the place that will solve your problems.

Communicating with your company has been pleasant. Your policy is tolerant for making one mistake. My email, correcting the shoe size, probably never reached you. It had to be my mistake. Shoes are good! Customer service when contacted was great! My unhappiness is the time involved in getting them as it took at least twice as long as stated to get them. It seems my order was somehow dropped or lost and no action was taken on sending them to me until after I asked where they were. Then the order was processed and moved along at the expected speed. Since I view this as a company error, I think some type of compensation should have been offered. Unfortunately, none has.

Order two styles, one was wrong size. Contacted customer service and they worked out everything so quickly. Love wearing them and expecting foot and ankle relief by using them. Thank you HIKE FOOTWEAR!

I really like how the shoes feel on my feet. They are very light and don’t put pressure on any of my problem areas. They are also easy to take on and off. They really do make you feel like you’re barefoot.
