Futher to my previous review on my order not being delivered on time l contacted customer services and within minutes the situation was resolved to my satifactio. Much appreciated and would use the company again.

The tea ordered did not arrive on the day requested. That morning I received notification that it would arrive later that day but it didn't arrive till the next day and the box was rather battered. I still wonder where it was and why it wasn't delivered that day. As I sent this as a birthday present I was disappointed but also concerned particularly about the cream and whether it would be all right after being out of cool conditions for two days. The recipient said it was OK but they would have said that anyway as it was a present. NOTE Following my review Devon Cream Teas asked me to contact them and they were extremely helpful and positive. I am impressed with their response and customer service as it was a delivery fault, not their fault. They emphasised that their teas will not spoil on a delayed delivery. I can definitely recommend them and will use them again.

This is the 2nd time i have used this company, & THEY ARE REALLY EXCELLENT. Both recipients said how beautifully packed everything was, Super quality ingredients. Brilliant alternative to the usual Birthday or Xmas gifts.

The package was delivered damaged unfortunately which look the edge off a nice surprise present. The contents were damaged as well !!

Arrived nice and early in less than 24 hours from ordering. Lovely scones and clotted cream. Only slight disappointment was the hogsbottom jam had been changed to another brand (I just happened to find the name amusing!)

Was looking for a cream tea for one to send as a birthday gift & Devon cream teas offered one at a discount price.First time using this company & very impressed with the service.the cream tea arrived on the day I requested after travelling overnight which I thought was a very good way to send fresh food.the whole process was easy & i were given a delivery slot time.lovely fresh food & will use this company again.
