Wow, kept informed regarding on time requested delivery. I sent to son in law as birthday surprise in Wales. Was greatly received and enjoyed. Would use again as very good quality and value for money.

Bought as a surprised birthday present - it was very well received by the recipient. It made a novel change from flowers or chocolate. I bought the box for one which was well presented and generously filled for the price - I was lucky enough to buy it during the New Year Sale. I was pleased to be kept very well informed of dispatch and delivery. In fact, I was so pleased with everything that I have ordered another box to be delivered to someone else this week!

I ordered 4 separate cream teas one afternoon to different parts of the country and they were all delivered free of charge next day and all recipients were very happy!! Excellent customer service and kept informed of every stage of delivery. I'm very happy and will be using them again, in place of other companies I have used in the past and paid more. I order cream tea for my sisters 60th birthday. Phoned to check it was out for delivery to be told courier had lost it!!! Offered to deliver one next day which i turned down as it not her birthday that day. Got it refunded but only partly! When i called was told i had ordered biscuits on top which i hadnt finally all refund but wouldnt use again

This is such a lovely treat to receive. The scones are fresh tasting (you could warm them through) and even though our truck got held up for another 24 hours they were still delicious. Tasty tea and flavoursome jam. The clotted cream was excellent. What an original and tasty surprise!
