Speaking to an operative that understood what I required, one that responded within a short space of time and also confirmed by email what was discussed prior to having to commit. Helping to chose rather than forcing the issue. I will use this company in future plus price is competitive

I phoned about the fact the front page of the ad said one price for the next two days but when I clicked on the next page the price was over £300 more. On the phone I was told that The second price was the price. But I said according to my email the lower price holds for next two days. There is a 30% Discount on second person plus a15% discount on the drink package. So they looked and said they had one cabin left right at the front of the ship. I said no I don’t like the front of the ship. Then the cabin wasn’t right at the front it was quite a way back from the front. Then they got the quote together and I said I paid less than that for longer last time. So they said you have cruise miles to the value of £69 each would you like to use those. Yes please my quote was now great. The cabin location suits me fine, the price beats all others I have seen. A very nice man did all this for an old lady who loves to cruise. What I really liked was Everytime I was unsure or queried this nice man immediately double checked. Very polite service. No queues on the phone straight through to a helpful gentleman. Receipt emailed immediately plus I have asked for a paper copy which will take a couple of weeks. Just incase I delete the confirmation email.

Receipt for deposit, helpfull lady with the booking BUT the receipt did not show the agreed total price or the balance due. Just a minor point but an important one. Otherwise, all very good

we are having trouble with rols free door to door transport.when you book a cruise and it says that you have free transport ,Then thay tell you when you receive the paper work that it only covers the first 100 miles .Is this false advertising.Not what we expect from rol

The summary is incorrect. It has the wrong departure date and the wrong duration. I was told when I phoned first thing yesterday morning that someone would get back to me. No one did and I phoned again this morning.
