The service I received from ROL, was excellent it always is. Karen was knowledgeable and very helpful, she got the balance right.

I have booked several cruises with ROL over the years and received varying degrees of customer service which has ranged from excellent to very poor. I have therefore booked my last three cruises elsewhere (two direct and one through Passion for Cruises who specialises in cruises for solos). As, on average, I book three cruises each year, when I received a marketing email from ROL for a cruise itinerary I was interested in, I decided I would at least give them another opportunity if the customer service and price were good. So I completed the online enquiry form and received an email response to state that someone would shortly be in touch. Almost a week has passed with no call and considering the offer of additional discounts finishes tomorrow, I'm not holding out much hope of booking any further cruises with ROL.

ROL always gives us a good deal, we have been using them for over 15 years and hopefully will for many more years, never had a bad cabin and are always helpful.
