Mise à jour du 12/12/2024 Bonjour, Suite au signalement de mon problème, l'équipe du SAV de Scotlandshop m'a remboursé suite au renvoi de mon achat. Une erreur malencontreuse de traduction se trouvait sur le site. Je suis donc satisfait et j'ai décidé de modifier ma note. Bonjour, J'ai choisi cette entreprise pour acheter un produit unique et de qualité. Mon choix s'est porté sur des serviettes en Tartan. Fuyant les matériaux synthétiques tels que le polyester, j'ai eu la bonne surprise de trouver que l'entreprise ScotlandShop proposait des "Serviettes Coton Ecossais". La mention " Serviettes en coton tartan ecossais" apparaît dans le descriptif de l'annonce et la rubrique "info/soin" lié au produit. J'ai accepté leur offre malgré un prix nettement plus élevé, ce qui se comprend, la qualité ayant un coût. Toutefois, à ma grande surprise, une fois les serviettes en mains, je découvre qu'elles sont composées de 65% de polyester et 35% de viscose. Ces serviettes ne sont pas fabriquées en coton comme l'annonce le présente. Je suis déçu et je me sens lésé dans la confiance que j'ai attribuée à la marque. J'envisage de me faire rembourser.
