I was fortunate enough to go to the shop in Edinburgh 7 years ago. What an amazing experience. The people there are incredibly informative and the shop is enormous. We spent several hours there. I signed up to receive information about products and have been buying products ever since. I ordered a custom baseball cap for my brother for Christmas. It arrived much earlier than anticipated and is exceptionally well made and beautiful.

I ordered something that had a 4 - 6 week delivery time on 15th September with an estimated delivery of 7th October. I was advised that it had been dispatched on 25th September and it arrived the next day. This was well above the service I had expected and the communication from Scotland Shop was excellent.

Easy and quality. An easy to navigate website, and quality of goods that do not disappoint. The scarf I ordered was sold out. Scotland Shop informed me and said it would be back in stock within a week. Delivery was as promised. A good company keep their customers informed.
