My word! ScotlandShop truly went out of their way to get a rush, custom order sash for me made and over to the States in the nick of time for a once-in-a-lifetime Red Carpet event. It was perfect. Amazing quality in the work and unparralleled customer service.

I ordered a few different swatches and love the quality. The site and update emails are transparent on estimated shipping due to the nature of the swatches, and the order arrived when anticipated. Unsurprisingly a bit of a wait due to sourcing and shipping distance, but affordable and worth it. I live in the states and wasn’t aware I had picked untracked shipping, so I will definitely choose different shipping when I order more fabric from here !!

We had an extremely bad experience with ScotlandShop last year when they created a terribly-fitting custom coat for my wife, and when they finally agreed to take it back, they would not give us a refund that covered the entire cost, left me with a $150 customs charge and no coat. We actually went into their store in Edinbrough for a fitting, and they didn't get it right, made huge errors in the measuring. We had so looked forward to the fitting and purchase of a custom coat as part of our Scotland vacation, and it was a massive disappointment. Despite the great looking products, I would NOT recommend this company for a custom fitting.

I try to travel to Scotland every year, and what I noticed last Spring was that my small bag for my money and passport was too small. I wanted a crossover bag that was a wee bit bigger. I ordered one in my Clan’s tartan; Lamont and it is perfect. I can actually fit my smaller one inside it. I am in Scotland right now.

We had kilts made for our son’s wedding and they are amazing! We also ordered tartan ribbons a cloche, and several accessories for the wedding. Everything was top notch! Guys even wore kilts to the highland festival!

Ordered the Geelong mens sweater. Order was shipped and received in a short period of time. Absolutely love the sweater. Soft, and fits well. Pleasantly surprised the end of sleeves and bottom of sweater were stitched heavier.

Wanted a tartan mainly green and they sent me a hat that was blue. Apparently they don't understand green

The waistcoat is beautiful and well made, however, they are made on the small side. My advice would be to add 2” inches to the waist & chest size.

The ribbons I ordered came in time fir a family reunion. The scarf is beautiful. Rich fabric wool, good hemming.

I’ve never known such a quick dispatch and arrival of something purchased! I ordered tartan ribbon in three sizes (which is actually very hard to find). They were dispatched within 2 hours and arrived the next day. From Scotland to the South Coast of England! Oh and it was phenomenal quality too!

I was delivered a different swatch, to the one I ordered. The lady I spoke to was excellent. She verified that it had been incorrect and dispatched the proper one, with next day delivery.
