The platform and questionaire were well done, but not being able to read the details of the policy easily was an issue.

The travel insurance quotes they provide are much higher then the quotes I got from BlueCross and else. Something is very wrong with this website. People should contact reliable insurance compagnies directly and not use these types of "middleman scammers"

Rates.ca called me promptly, at the scheduled time, and offered a good range of mortgage types and terms.

Not inclusive

The person who called me initally was a very pleasant and personable person. When she put me through to someone from CAA Insurance, that person was very unpleasant and very upsetting. There is no point in wasting your time in following up. The inferior experience that I encountered means that I have no interest in pursuing this matter.
