Recently, my husband was rushed to hospital by ambulance with a very serious diagnosis. I found myself with a 4 month old puppy in the car and no available support system, as I was out of town. I used my phone app from the emergency room and found an excellent dog sitter who was willing to take my dog immediately and indefinitely. I had only my dog's leash in the car, but my host was happy to supply whatever was needed. I really don't know what I would have done without Dog Vaycay.

Using DogVacay we found a local dog sitter who took such good care of our sweet Morkie, Abu, that we will never again worry so much about him when we have to leave him because we can't take him on vacation with us. We'll still miss him, but we'll know he is having a great vacation too with his new best friend and all his doggie friends at her house. In fact, we might just let him go to socialize with his new dog friends once in a while, he had such a good time there. Finding good care for him became an easy chore with DogVacay. What a good idea!

After a host cancelling on me while I was en route to her house and then another host providing me with misleading information, I was feeling extremely stressed out, but DogVacay's customer service did what they could to remedy the problem. Dana was extremely helpful and made sure everything she could do to help was being done.

The app was easy to guess how to use. Navigated from no account to a verifiable account with safety/emergency info, and a preferred booking in about 45 total minutes of on computer/in app time.

I have used DogVacay once so far, but I am honestly excited to use it again. I found a sitter very quickly and was able to contact her and discuss my dogs' needs before the initial meeting. I live in Jacksonville, FL and found a sitter in Chapel Hill, NC for a weekend vacation. The woman who watched my dogs was exceptional and I was beyond pleased to leave my kids with her. DogVacay for the win.
