The only issue I have is that every time I go into the website for check for availability I have to reset my password or first request to reset my password. An inconvenience.

Let's face it, your dogs are family members. That being stated, you want peace of mind if you're going to leave them in the care of someone you don't know. DogVacay provides that peace of mind with their screening and posting of reviews from people who have availed themselves of dog sitting/boarding services through this website. Using DogVacay I connected with Michael, who happened to live within blocks of us. We have used him once so far to take care of Jack and Tango, while we were on vacation. That peace of mind I mentioned is so important when you're away from your pets. Helping to create that peace of mind Michael sent us emails, photo's, and even a short video of our dogs at play. DogVacay provides a very important service and we already have a 2nd boarding reservation made for a trip we're taking this Spring. We are very satisfied with the level of service, resources, and follow-up provided by DogVacay and would recommend them to any dog owner contemplating time away from their pets.

My two little pups were happy and peaceful when I picked them up. I was hoping they would be because my male dog usually is very Barkie and fussy. I was concerned he would not be friendly to sitter. But all went great.

What a great experience we have had so far with DogVacay's service. We were able to find a great puppy sitter not to far from home and at reasonable rates. As well as have the peace of mind that they have been checked out by DogVacay and that DogVacay offers additional training and refreshers so that you know that your pet is getting the best possible care. Add in that they are insured while staying with a DogVacay sitter and that just adds another level of comfort should anything happen while your away. Highly recommend them!!

I was so stressed out when my personal pet sitter cancelled last minute thank god for Dogvacay! I found a wonderful pet sitter through them. And their customer service is amazing! Always somebody there to answer the phone and put any concerns to rest.

My experience using DogVacay was a pleasant one. It was the first time leaving my dog with someone other than family or friends. The information that each person gives about themselves, the rating and reviews, and espectially the Meet and Greet are very helpful. I was given updates and sent pictures throughout my dog's stay. The fact that they cover veterinary costs up to 25k gave me peace of mind as well. I will definitely use them again.

We have been happy with Lauren watching Sophie. This is the second time she has watched our dog and I believe our dog was well taken care of.I would recommend her anytime.
