I have a dog that I LOVE who is 10 years old and has only every stayed with family when we have vacationed. I tried DogVacay and had a wonderful experience! I was able to easily navigate the site and select a Vacay for our dog. Communicating with the host was easy and the family immediately reached out to me to answer my many questions. I would not think twice about using DogVacay in the future!!! LOVE IT!

My two puppies had a great experience during their 3 -day stay. And we felt comfortable receiving pictures and updates of their activities. We will definitely use this service again.

I love the idea of crowdsourcing pet sitting but don't love how DogVacay carries it out. They push booking an appointment right off the bat rather than communicating with the sitter first. They also have a nonrefundable fee added onto the booking. It seems if anyone is inconvenienced by a cancellation it is the sitter themself not dogvacay so why is dogvacay the only one getting to keep money. This combined with the push for booking without communication with the sitter really seems to be putting the company's interests before the client's. Lastly, at least in my area there aren't as many sitters availabe in the area as I would have hoped.

I used DogVacay to find a dog sitter in my neighborhood over the December holidays. The sitter had various certificates listed on her page that made me confident she was committed to providing a great second home to my pup.

We just loved our new dog sitter. We felt really comfortable leaving our 2 dogs overnight. We look forward to doing business with her again.

I love my experience with this service

I was so blessed to find the best dog sitter on this site! I have a dog with special needs and I have had a hard time leaving her. I ended up finding a sweet gal who loves dogs and who takes such good care of my little girl, and she only lives 1 1/2 blocks from me. This site has enabled me to leave town without worrying if my dog is ok!! Wonderful! Highly recommend it!!!

The experience was great.

We have two rescue girls and when we planned an 11-day cruise I knew I couldn't leave them in a cage again. So I went to DogVacay and searched the area where we spend the winter. And there was the perfect person for us. DogVacay was so easy to navigate, their policies are good and I knew my girls would be well cared for. They were, we are happy and the girls came home spoiled.

This was a very positive experience. Everything went as promised. We will call again.

The site was so easy to use. I had several quick responses, and this was a last minute effort. We encourageneed up going with Shaun and Jeremey when live close by. They took great care of Peggy, and kept us up to date throughout the week. Everything was paid up front through the site, so there were no last minute surprises. We definitely will use this again.

The woman who watched my dog was fantastic!!!! She did a wonderful job. There were a few other dogs staying at her house and they all got along. She would send me pictures twice a day...am and pm.
