I love DogVacay. I have used it twice now and have had great experiences both times...a week in Orlando and a week in Miami. I love that we can plan a vacation and find a place for our dog to hang out too. It gives us great peace of mind that our dog isn't cooped up in some kennel somewhere for a week. Our dog loved his stay for 2 nights with AllenC on Marco Island. Before we booked at DogVacay we did visit another host and would have never left our dog with the other person. Please take advantage of visiting your host beforehand.

DogVacay is such a great way to find reputable sitter for your pets when you are away. Trusted and legitimate. As always you have to weave through different sitter that suits you and your pet. But nonetheless they give you exceptional great service.

I loved the option of having someone come into our home to take care of our dog or they would keep him in their home. We chose the latter because we also have 3 cats so it was easier if they were separated from him while we were gone. Molly paid lots of attention to him, which he LOVES, she walked him often and kept in touch with us daily to give us a status of when he was fed, when he went for a walk, etc. She also sent us pictures of him. We loved that as well. It was so nice to have a responsible person watching him for the week. Thanks Molly!

As pet parents we dread putting our pups in kennels when go away on vacation. Especially when we recently have moved to a new city and have no clue where to look first. And the parent reviews were comforting. I found a sitter that sounded ideal, had a meet and greet and have booked with her three times now! Since we discovered Dogvacay our vacations have been much more relaxed. We used to leave our dog at a large kennel that was very noisy and mostly impersonal. He was placed in a small cage most of the time. Dogvacay has allowed him to be in a home where he receives much more personalized attention I'm sure he is much happier. Our Dogvacay hostess sent us pictures every day of our vacation and we could tell he was loved and pampered. It actually cost less than the large kennel, too!

This is the first time I've ever gone on vacation and did not worry about my sweet little fur baby. Bryan did an excellent job; updating me daily with emails and photos every couple days. I highly recommend this service.

We had a great experience with the dog sitters we found on DogVacay.

The booking process is pretty simple, however, I don't like finding out at the time to pay that there is an additional insurance added to the bill. The pet sitter was amazing! However, since I have 3 dogs I would suggest that people consider a multi-pet family discount as boarding facilities do.

Looking for a babysitter for my dog was my first experience. Usually when I leave it's a member of the family that takes care of her. I had so many questions. Through Internet I found DogVacay. I called them. I received answers to my questions. The lady on the phone was patient and polite. She helped me up to the end, through the process of building my account and finding a sitter on the site. At the end she even offered me to call again if ever I had any questions or remarks. Thanks to them I had great vacation so did my dog.
