United States | 14 January 2017They advertise good deals but God-forbid anything goes wrong or if the card doesn't work you're SOL. Customer support is nonexistent. I called and was connected to someone overseas that was incredibly difficult to understand. He tried his best to guess my question- guess he didn't understand me either- then, after telling me he'll send the issue on to a different department, the clown hangs up on me without having actually answered anything! Buying from here? Click your heels, cross yourself, throw salt over your shoulders, kiss your good luck charm, then good luck...!

United States | 12 January 2017I recently bought gift cards from this company for several different restaurants, two of which I received no value or incorrect values on the cards. The first time I had never had issues with them before and therefore took the plastic card to Red Lobster and found out there was no balance on it. How embarrassing. It was difficult to contact the company however when I finally got someone, they refunded my money and had me mail them back the card on my fifty-cent piece. The next time was with Tgif cards and because of the prior problem I ran a check on the cards and half of them are good and the other half no good or do not have the amount that I paid for. I still as of yet have not been able to contact someone in regards to these cards, so don't know what will happen.

United States | 11 January 2017We bought physical and ecard gift cards last year and tried it again this year for Christmas. One of the ecards we bought this year didn't work. My stepdaughter had her merchandise ready at the checkout when she was told there wasn't a balance on it. We only bought 2-from the same vendor and 1 didn't work. Anyway, I will just watch out for that particular vendor, and probably tr it again. I do like paying at a discount and being able to give them more.
