United States | 01 December 2016I was a bit disappointed that the card was marked up with a sharpie as I was hoping to gift it. I hope that in the future you can use removable stickers to mark the cards so that they can be re-gifted

United States | 30 November 2016ok they rejected my cards so i wouldn't recommend them for selling. stick to raise.com. shame as would have updated the stars. Update finally got paid a few days ago. Going to see if I can sell my other gift cards and will update the starts if it goes better the second time around! Update: REPORTED TO BBB AND THEY HAVE IGNORED REQUEST FROM THEM. THEY ALSO SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL WITH EMPTY PROMISES OF PAYMENT. NEED THIS MONEY FOR XMAS. THEY SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF THE BBB AWARD. I must just be unlucky here and I don't write negative reviews unless I have tried to sort it out with the company first. Unfortunately they either ignore my emails or send me false promises. I would be more patient but I was hoping for the money for my gift cards to purchase xmas presents. Days after submitting offers for cards I still haven't had a response yet their emails saying within 24 hours. They also say they will pay within 2-5 days. This is not true of my experience. I have been advised to contact the BBB which I will do shortly.

United States | 24 November 2016On my second order I had an issue and cards didn't work. I did receive a refund, but that was after being embarrassed at the restaurant and GCS didn't offer me anything in return for my inconvenience. Bad customer relations.

Always the amount it says, and usually very fast delivery (to email), only once it took a little less than 24hrs, other times, received less than 30 min. Only complain is that sometimes its very easy to get a hold of someone in Customer Support, other times, it takes several tries. But when they do answer, they are very helpful. Also find some great deals, saved money!

United States | 10 November 2016When they list physical cards, they are really merchandise credits. They should list merchandise credit as such and actual physical cards separately because some physical cards can actually be used online, but merchandise credits cannot.
