We have been with your company a few years now and what we found over time was whenever we had questions whether it be payment queries or accident claims or even just a general question about our policy your workers where always helpful even if they couldnt answer they would promply tell us to wait to put us through to someone who could help. We also recently made two claims with your company and although it was nearing Christmas your workers never gave up. Eg. Within a few days you guys had completed my claim and promptly informed us that you had lodged it and we would get confirmation from the consultant in charge of our case. Let me tell you we were a nightmare your poor workers i was like a headless chock calling sending email after email but your staff keep a clear level head and put my mind at ease so from December through to January everything was sorted we were happy with the fast results and even more impressed with the outcome so a BIG THANKS TO YOUR COMPANY AND STAFF may all your dreams come true for the coming years.
