Premium price was most attractive. Previous provider very much more expensive, and had without a covering explanation had increased yearly premium by over $500.00. Over the phone interview with your agent was straight forward and pleasant.

Done online, simple and timely. Checked a competitor and spent longer digging through their website only to find I had to deal with a broker.

The person I dealt with when deciding which quote to go with was super-friendly on the phone, and took the time to explain all the available options to a new motorhome owner. She had the patience of a saint given all my questions, and she made the effort to explain pros and cons of various options available and how the premium would be affected. All in all a great, light-hearted experience and enjoyable conversation :)
