I am somewhat disappointed by the 15% hike in premium but the response I got from the lady was a human one. Then I got a call asking why I was not going ahead with the policy, and a comment " we are going to miss you" left a mark. I looked at other options, and got a AA Insure policy at a lower premium. I phoned Star, and you matched it, although $4 difference, glad to be back with Star. Blessed Christmas
